Initial Carehome Assessment

To allow us to gather all relevant information from family, staff, medical records and to complete a full functional assessment we have allocated extra time for Carehome assessments. Once completed in full, a treatment plan including guidance for care staff will be outlined.
Follow-Up

Once a treatment plan has been established, we will carry-out follow-up appointments within your home or carehome when necessary. Family members and staff will be kept up-to-date with any functional progressions. Staff will be included in ongoing care to ensure carryover into daily tasks.
Initial Home Visit Assessment

To allow us to complete a full thorough assessment in your home we have allocated extra time for our initial visit much like our Carehome assessments. Reports are not included in this package but are of course available on request. Following on from your initial assessment, clear recommendations will be made for future input specific to your needs.
Care Home Residency

As part of our commitment to helping those in Care Homes who are at an increased risk of physical deterioration, we offer a personalised Care Home Residency package. Would your Care Home benefit from a resident Physiotherapist to address the needs of your in-patients?
Travel and additional Information
As a rule, travel costs are included in all of our standard appointments. Sometimes however this isn't possible and additional travel expenses will be added. This will be done based on each individual case and will be fully discussed with you.
Additionally, some complex cases with multiple injuries may require more time than a standard appointment. These will be charged at £75 per session to allow for extra time. If reports are needed for insurance purposes, these will also be charged at this rate.
