CANCELLATION POLICY

We completely understand that there will be times when you're unable to make your appointment.

We would ask for at least 24 hours notice to allow us to amend the diary and fit in other patients where we can - we often get really busy and we'll always try to fill any gaps we have!

If you're unable to give us 24 hours notice there will be a standard Half-Rate Charge added to your account. As we've allocated that space to you we feel that's fair.
